February 1 – American singer Beyonce¢ breaks the internet when she announces on Instagram that she is pregnant with twins.
February 2 – American actress Meghan Markle and Prince Harry step out for the first time in public as a couple while they go on a date in London.
February 9 – American actor George Clooney and his wife Amal announce that they are expecting twins.
February 13 – Adele wins big at the 59th Annual Grammy Awards. She makes humble speech claiming Beyonce¢ should have won album of the year.
February 25 – American actor, Bill Paxton, died at the age of 61. He was best known for his movie roles in The Terminator, Aliens, Apollo 13, Twister, and Titanic.
February 26 – During the 89th Academy Awards a mix-up for best picture was announced after Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway were handed the wrong card. La La Land was mistakenly announced as best picture, but Moonlight was in fact the winner.
March 16 – Kendall Jenner’s home is robbed of $200k worth of jewelry. She is one of the many celebrity’s being targeted by thieves in the Hollywood area.
